The Diamond angled Olympic barbell is an essential tool for targeted exercises, especially for training the biceps/triceps in the well-known elbow flexion exercise. One of the main functions of the EZ Barbell is to cause less tendon-muscle stretching in order to make the exercise less stressful. The chrome-plated Diamond EZ Barbell has a curved knurled handle that allows a more secure grip; its weight and small size (120 cm) also make it particularly comfortable for performing various complementary exercises.
