The 2-in-1 Leg Extension / Prone Leg Curl machine from the JK Vertical line allows you to perform the two pivotal leg exercises, allowing you to perform leg extension work for the quadriceps and push-ups for the posterior muscles for the ischiocrusculars. The single-pivot adjustment allows users to simultaneously adjust the seat and back cushion allowing an easy transition between Leg Extension and Leg Curl performance. Double adjustment system on different levels of the lever arm and thrust cushion allow for maximum comfort and adaptability when performing the exercise. Dual handles on either side of the machine, present during both Leg Extension and Prone Leg Curl, provide the user with greater stability during the movement. Ergonomic, elegantly textured cushions; high-density foam padding for enhanced comfort. Weight plates in reinforced version; the noise level emitted during use is significantly lower than with conventional plates. The kg reference labels on the plates gradually change from green, yellow and red, providing users with a direct and clear visual display. The guide rod is made from a 25 x 2.0 mm stainless steel tube, which reduces the degree of shaking during movement, making it smoother. All elements and parts are made of aluminium. The cross-section of the main tubes has a size of 50 x 100 x 3 mm, making the machine to all intents and purposes also suitable for commercial environments. The machine mounts a 100 kg weight pack.
